PICK UP & DELIVERY
We delivery Monday to Friday. If you select your order for Saturday with delivery, your order will be delivered Friday, the day before.
Collection is from our shop in Blue Bay. Please arrange pickup time prior to arriving.
If you are having your cake delivered, you can opt for us to leave it in a safe place with our Authority to Leave checkbox. If you choose not to, and no one was home to collect your cake, you will unfortunately forfeit your delivery. Your cake will be returned to the kitchen for pick up, or a second delivery can be arranged.

Refunds & Cancellations:
We do not refund on cancelled orders. Your credit can be used towards another cake order or date. We are very flexible with postponing orders if adequate notice is given.
